Process
Here's a general outline of how the process of getting a design of your choice in your own home can go as we are very open to a few different methods.
Chosen design
Once you pick the design you'd like the first step we'll take is sending across a furniture list preferably via Discord and begin setting expectations as some designs only work in certain housing districts or may have expensive furniture listed. We'll confirm that this is the design you'd like then start discussing logistics and give a quote on pricing for the build.

General pricing if you source your furniture for each design size:
Small - 2.5Mil
Medium - 5Mil
Large - 7Mil

We also offer Priority on builds if there are a lot of requests or lack of time but is decided on a case-to-case basis and the cost is open to negotiation.
Sourcing furniture
After you have your furniture list and expectations are set we can discuss sourcing the furniture needed for your house. We currently offer two different methods but are open to discussion if it's not comfortable.
Preferred method option 1: You the client can source all furniture with complete control over spending and where it comes from with no fee as you are using your funds.

option 2: We can source the furniture on your behalf and bring it to the build however we would charge upfront for the furniture budget to allow us to locate and buy the items.
Decorating
Finally, All the furniture has been collected and is ready to go. I'll request keys to the house or an FC invite so I can have build permissions and request final payment. Once payment has been made we will begin construction of your house which should be completed very quickly if there are no issues with the items sourced.

We do not offer custom builds but will adjust a design to your desire if you request it for example swapping different furniture out or changing color schemes.
